What better way to kick-off a month of wellness programming than with a community walk!
Grab a free T-shirt and water bottle (while supplies last), do a few warm up stretches, then choose either the 5k, 1 mile, or Accessible walk. The walk will start at 10:15 a.m.

Raising awareness & participation for the Baldwin City community to Be Well. The gym will be full of vendors & resources for guidance on how to Be Well. Come for your chance to win one of many prizes (bicycles, kayak, paddleboards and more!) plus visit the Hy-Vee Healthy You Mobile or Touch-a-Truck!

Pre-Registration for a blood draw test through LMH Health is now closed, BUT walk-ins the day of the Capstone Event are welcome. Thanks to a grant from DCCCA, all blood draws are free. If you plan to have a blood test, please fast 10-12 hours prior to your testing. Testing is from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
